From vision to product (and a partner): our PBX Las Vegas recap

PBX Las Vegas was a turning point for us: last year we showed up with only a vision, and this year we came back with a live Talleflow product, a growing roadmap shaped by real booth conversations, and a new Snappic partnership. This recap shares the behind‑the‑scenes moments, feedback, and what the Snappic x Talleflow integration will mean for photo booth businesses—plus how to lock in an exclusive Snappic discount now.

From vision to product (and a partner): our PBX Las Vegas recap

Last year at PBX Las Vegas, we walked the show floor with nothing but a vision.

We talked to photo booth owners about what was breaking in their day-to-day operations, how many tools they were juggling, and how much time they were losing to follow-ups and admin. Talleflow didn’t exist as a product yet – just a set of ideas and a lot of note-taking.

This year, we came back to PBX with three things:

  • A live product you can actually use today
  • A clearer vision for where we’re headed
  • And a new partner in Snappic to help bring that vision to more booth owners

It felt less like “we’re thinking about building something” and more like “here’s what we’ve built because of everything you told us last time.”

Why PBX matters so much to us

If you’re a photo booth owner, you already know PBX isn’t just another trade show.

It’s where you:

  • Catch up with people you usually only see in Facebook groups or DMs
  • Compare notes on what’s actually working in your business
  • Get a feel for which tools are serious about supporting this industry

For us, PBX is where we pressure-test our roadmap in real conversations. It’s one thing to dream up features in a doc; it’s another to stand in front of you and hear, in real time, what’s landing and what’s not.

The conversations that shaped our roadmap

A big theme this year: you’re tired of duct-taping your operations together.

We kept hearing versions of the same pain points:

  • “I’m hopping between too many tools just to stay on top of bookings.”
  • “Follow-ups keep slipping through the cracks when things get busy.”
  • “I want more automation, but I don’t want to feel like I’m running an IT department.”

Those conversations are exactly why Talleflow looks the way it does today.

Since last PBX, we’ve:

  • Shipped features that make it easier to keep your workflows organized and consistent
  • Folded real customer feedback into how we prioritize what’s next
  • Updated our roadmap to focus on the kinds of automations and integrations booth owners actually ask for – not just what looks good on a slide

If you talked to us at the booth or pulled us aside in the hallway, there’s a good chance a piece of your feedback is now either live in the product or sitting high on our roadmap.

Inside the Snappic Happy Hour

One of our favorite moments of the week was the Snappic Happy Hour.

It wasn’t just about drinks and catching up (though there was plenty of that). It turned into a space where:

  • Snappic users asked how Talleflow could fit into their existing setup
  • People shared what’s working – and not working – in their current booking and operations workflows
  • We got to talk openly about where the Snappic x Talleflow integration is headed

The energy in the room made it clear: booth owners are ready for tools that play nicely together instead of fighting for space in your stack.

What the Snappic x Talleflow partnership means

The integration between Snappic and Talleflow is coming soon, and we’re being intentional about how we build it.

We’re not shipping an integration just to check a box. The goal is to:

  • Reduce duplicate data entry between your booking and operations tools
  • Make it easier to keep track of leads and follow-ups
  • Give you a clearer picture of how your events and packages are performing over time

Right now, the big benefit is this:

If you sign up for Talleflow using PBX special code, you get an exclusive discount and a front-row seat for when the integration goes live.

We’ll share more specifics on the integration as we get closer to launch, but the direction is clear: less time wrestling tools, more time running a smoother, more profitable photo booth business.

Ready to get in early?

If you were at PBX and we chatted, thank you. Your feedback is all over our roadmap.

If you couldn’t make it this year, consider this your invite to be part of what’s coming next.

  • Lock in an exclusive discount on your Talleflow subscription

We’re excited about where this partnership is headed – and even more excited about what it will unlock for the photo booth community.
